Thumbs up Injector cleaning, testing and flow-matching at Lashway Motorsports!

In our never-ending quest to better serve our performance community, we decided to add to our arsenal of specialty equipment and purchase this badass Injector Flow Bench.

We can do several things with this machine including:

  • Flow-match any gasoline common rail injector for both foreign and domestic vehicles
  • Clean injectors and associated components with our ultrasonic bath
  • Test spray patterns and overall functionality of your injectors
  • Test for leaks and pressure threshold of the injector, o rings, filter basket and pintle
  • Measure overall flow at various pressure levels and pulsewidths

Here are some photos of the machine, we just got it and set it up for this demonstration.

Awesome Congratulations guys.

Do you have a price set yet for injector cleaning? I'm going to need to get 4 EVO 8 Injectors cleaned out before I start up a project that I'm hoping to finish by the end of the year.

Yes sir - $10 an injector for ultrasonic bath and flow test plus return shipping if you aren't local.

That price is very good. This is great preventative maintenance if you have basic mechanical knowledge and can remove the injectors (very, very easy). A dealer will charge at least double this amount to flow test and clean them. The dealer flow test will also only test injector flow compared to the average flow of all injectors. I.E. if they are all partially restricted the same amount the dealer test may result in a pass.

Yep - what he said

We're not looking to make tons off of this machine. We just want to offer as many services as possible that are relevant to performance and tuning!
