AI of tsp cnc heads?

Heard good things about both. Which goes better with a night fury cam? Ai seems like the intake runners would be too big for a na stock cube engine. Although ive yet to find what the tsp cnc program consists of. Also how much if any can be milled with safe ptv clearance? Id like to boost up compression somewhat. The gains to be had going to an aftermarket casting dont seem to be worth the extra $1000+. Also will i be maxxing out the stock injectors with ported heads? I cant get the idc to work on efi live to see where im at.

Thanks for considering us for your cnc head porting. We do tons of LS3/L99 heads & I'd put our cnc heads against anyone in the business.

We can give you 68cc chambers & keep stock p/v clearance so you can run the Night Fury camshaft no problem.

If you want aftermarket castings then we can really get crazy. Hollow stem valves, smaller than stock runners, & 380+CFM The heads definitely cost more but have some super cool features for someone looking for max power. I expect a solid 10-15hp over a stock casting because we can give you milling down to 65cc chambers if you'd like

So the 260cc aftermarkets will make more than the 255? On stock cubes? Also stock heads at 68cc chambers are what? .015" milled and what approximent comp ratio? The prcs with 65cc chambers will run on 93-91 octane and what compression will those be at? I want to max out the set up with what i already have. Also considered a fast and new tb but read the gains are minimal

If you decide not to get a Fast, you can just get your stock intake ported. Lots of ppl dont think FAST is worth the money if you are N/A

Yes, the 260 heads will make more power than the 255's on stock cubes. You would have to mill .014 to get to 68cc. Your compression ratio with 68cc heads would be 10.77:1. You're correct about the gains with the FAST on the LS3's being minimal. I agree with vroomapunk. I would just get your factory intake ported.

I just sent my heads out today to TSP/PRC. AI had a 4-5 week wait time to even get to them.TSP had a much better turnaround time. I have read great things about both company's but the wait time and texas speed reputauon is what sold me. I did not have the extra coil to drop on aftermarket castings so i went with getting my stocks ported and milled. Im looking to crack the 500whp mark with there heads

Lonnie thanks for the info what would it be with 65s and your 260s? Also ptv clearence with stockers milled to get 68cc chambers vs the 260s at 65cc. Only problem i have is we have 91 octane e10 and very seldom 93 e10. Just wondering by getting the aftermarkets milled to 65cc. I would have to back off enough timing that it would be a wash in gains? We share the same goal johna! What are your thoughts? Thanks

Sorry we don't port the intakes but there's several places online that do no problem.

IA is a good company for sure. We can build cylinder heads a little bit faster because all total we have 10 cnc machine in our facility.

Any answers to my questions? Thats great that you can send them out fast. But im not going to buy something if you cant answer the technical questions i have. You also have dynos to back up that your afyermarkets outperform the cnc stock heads?

How much horsepower will the aftermarket casting heads add to my tsp cammed 231 236 112 ls3. Right now I have stock heads.

Ksmrz let's discuss combos on the phone monday. There's a lot of options to discuss.

If you guys want us to port your castings we can easily do that. If your in a hurry we can do core exchange.

Has anybody run prc heads with the night fury cam on an ls3? What was you ptv clearance? Chamber size? I want to have nice gains but also dont want to max out my fuel system. Any of the tuners know the 2010 limatations on fuel n/a?
