front bumper minor hit - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I hit someone going like 5-10mph, it didnt do much but I am very particular about my car. As you can see in picture below, the front bumper has annoying bumps on it now. the picture only show one, which is also the biggest one. There are a few other ones which look like big ripples on the bumper to the right.

My main question is how do I fix it without having to change the bumper or having to go to a car body shop.

I have seen some people trying to use hot gun, but that seems to be cracking the paint.
