How much does change in elevation affect the tune? Planning a week trip of playing in the Rocky mountains and was wondering about the tune. I'm pretty close to sea level here in Texas.

Depends on the tune and who did it. You should be perfectly fine going from low to high. It is going from high to low that can cause issues.
