Harness bar

So im thinking about installing a Harness system in my car, not because i make huge power, I just think it would be a fun piece. Has anyone else done this? i think this is everything i will need, but i saw a guy selling plate to bolt the harness to a while back and wondered if i need that. also i will be running stock seats.

here are the links

To do it right you will need a harness bar, the harness, and the tank plate.
I would also recommend shoulder straps as well

That harness doesn't look like it has an ASM strap. If you're going 4-point, I think it's worth it to find a good harness that has ASM.

I believe that the ASM feature is patented by Schroth so you must go to them. Here is a link http://www.schrothracing.com/tuning/rallye/rallye-cross

Oh interesting, I didn't realize it was patented and exclusive to Schroth.
