Feels like car is braking on part throttle shifts - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Help me out here guys. I'm an old school auto tech. (Carburetor) guy.
My car feels as the brakes are applying on part throttle shifts. 3200 CD converter, TSP VVT 3 cam, 1 7/8 LT, underdrive pulley.
Shifts great at half, or full throttle. Feels as the trans. is too slow applying the the shift, or staying in the previous gear while applying the next one.
Can this be tuned to make it feel normal?
After having this LS, there will be no carburetor cars in my shop again!
