Emblem question (Red vs White SS logo) - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey all,
Still learning so much about the Camaro since I arrived here.
I have not been able to find anything about the color of the SS grill/ trunk colors. Is there a reason for the red/ white difference?

The red would mean it has the RS package, white...not so.

One is SS the other is SS/RS.

Got me by a second. It's in the owners manual... the only way I found out the difference myself. I knew a car was an SS and had an RS package... but I never put two and two together and noticed the color differences.
