Engine Belt
Anyone had to change their main engine belt yet? Do you need the special tool? I always like to change belts after 50K. I know you can go longer but I feel better on long trips with a good belt.

No special tool, all you need is a 15mm wrench for the tensioner. The ac belt has no tensioner and there is a tool available, but you don't need it

Had to replace the A/C belt once, and since I had to pull the main to get to it I replaced it with a Gates racing blue belt. The A/C belt came with a "tool" to guide the belt on but I think it actually made it harder. Your experience may vary.....
