Who thinks $30,000 + tax/tag for a IOM 1SS RS no other options is an obtainable price? I have USAA.

$1600 under invoice might be a challenge. I know it's possible to get a few hundred under invoice with some minor negotiation and the right dealer. Plus USAA gets you the extra $750.

I heard from somewhere the USAA buying service would get you $250 under invoice after their discount with no haggling.

Yea 30k is not possible. Base MSRP is 31,795 and invoice is 31,021? (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Dealer cost is 30,093.

They are not going to take a loss selling you a car when they can easily sell the car for minimum invoice.

If 30k is your budget, like it was mine, than wait a few weeks to round up the extra 1k or so. Or just agree to a price around 31,300 and order it, so you have 6 weeks to find the extra 1400 (that's including the extra tax).

According to USAA, the Car Buying Service they use will get you a 2010 1SS for $30,126(saving $1,669 off MSRP), a 2010 1SS/RS for $31,206(saving $1,789 off MSRP), a 2011 1
SS for $30,320 (saving $1,475 off MSRP) and a 2011 1SS/RS for $31,400(saving $1,595 off MSRP).

Doable I got mine with the groundeffects (painted extra) and option 2 wheels for $32 through usaa

On a 2011, no possible. Best you can do on a '11 is $31,600 with supplier discount and USAA.

On a 2010 you could get close to that but it might be a little over however you might not get the correct color.
