Borla ATAK catback sound clips!!!
Hi all, I installed the Borla ATAK catback system on my car this morning and wanted to post some sound clips of this incredible sounding system!! First, I am a bit taken back at how quiet this system is with factory manifolds!! It's louder than stock, of course, but not obnoxious. Can't wait to install the headers soon! Anyways, I took a different approach at the recording of the exhaust sounds, not using a video camera, but digital CD quality recording equipment I use for music. This process, I believe, does this system more justice than some of the video camera mics can provide. I have a idle and rev clip, Launch, and a (very fast!) drive by. Haven't gotten a good clip of the interior sound yet, but I can tell you that there is no resonance or annoying drone at any speed. Normal conversations and phone calls are no problem, with stock manifolds. Now, headers may be a different story. So enjoy the clips!

Ohh dude!! That sounds sooo freakin awesome!!
 Great work on the video... hands down the best Borla ATAK clip on the "interweb!!"  EDIT: Dude, I listened to the other two videos... awesome quality showing the sound of the Borla ATAK... seriously, thanks dude!!

Thanks Victory! It was my intent to get a good quality clip of this exhaust! I think it captures the real sound of the ATAK. Of course nothing is better than hearing the real deal in person. In the future, I will use the same recording technique with the ARH 1 7/8 headers.
Scruffage, I will try again with the in cabin sound.
