Keep blowing slave cylinders

Finally finishing up my 2 year long build and keep blowing slave cylinders during bleeding. I am pumping the clutch pedal and then releasing the bleeder as is normal. Not getting any feeling in the pedal it falls to the floor, then I pump it and the slave blows throwing fluid. Has happened twice with two separate slaves, only thing I have done to the slaves is the billet bearing release. Installed the McLeod RXT 1000hp twin clutch setup verified with McLeod that there should be no need to shim..... what the hell am I doing wrong? Have my 3rd Slave on the way hoping someone can shed some light on the issue.

did you measure? just because no shim required...you might be one of the "lucky"...way more knowledgeably on here but excessive clearance is the only thing I can think of...straight edge across trans..measure down to face of slave...straight edge across back of block down to release fingers..one of the clutch web sites has the procedure in there support section...good luck...

Yeah I contacted McLeod to verify, they state I should be good...... gonna leave the bleeding up to my tuner when it goes in I am pretty sure he has a vacuum bleeder setup that will do better than I have been.
