How hard is it to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor? What tools are needed typically? And where exactly is the CPS located? Is there a good place that I may see where the sensor is? Thanks in advanced for any help anyone could provide. (1996, Z28, A4).

The '96 & '97 OBDII LT1's utilized a crank position reluctor ring mounted on the crank snout, behind the crankshaft balancer hub.
