Murph and I talked about having a club family get together. This meet is more about the members than the cars. I offered my ranch which is about 35 minutes north of S.R.54. We could convoy up I-75 together in pick-ups, mini-vans & Camaros of course- whichever works best for families.

I picked November 6th as the date, but the other details are up to the group. I have electric, water and a limited restroom facility. Maybe a 10 to 2 pm... but it doesn't matter to me.

As for food, one suggestion is $5 a person with each family bringing a covered dish & beverages of choice. The money would buy hamburgers/hotdogs, buns, chips, plates and condiments. Any $ left over after expenses would go to the club.

Kids are welcomed and we'll have horse & tractor rides. If anyone has any games/sports, they can be played in the field or under the oak trees.

Guilt, Slingshot & I have traded a few ideas. If anyone has suggestions please post. My original post had a $5 food option, but we could also dine-in or do take out from Sonny's BBQ which is about 5 minutes from the ranch at the Bushnell exit.

This is the club's party/meet & I'm just happy to provide a location. I will be happy to assist/cook/go'fer or anything else to help.
