Just wondering if anyone has had the interior trim kit installed somewhere, and if so how much it cost. I am not confident in my skills to do it myself. Thanks.

My dealership charges $80 an hour and that would probably be about a 2 hr install.

be confident a monkey without eyeballs can install it. No but really it isnt that hard it takes time, but its very straight forward.

LOL!!!

I'm worried about taking powertools to my brand new car. Are you sure drilling out the rivets isn't too tough? I remember being in way over my head when I tried to change the power window motor on my '92.

You do not drill out the rivets. They are melted plastic so drilling is going over board. You can get a utility knife with a sharp blade and cut them off (just be careful and don't cut your finger off in the process).

The only time a power tool is used in this is to drill one 3/16 inch hole in each of the new door trims.
