LONG AFTER THE CLOSING of the stock markets last night the feds completely bailed out gmac. We are home free guys gmac can now act like a bank and get loans when needed from the 700 billion fund for the economy. this means that not only will the camaro be made along with other gm cars but the ramp up on production is sure to be in swing. This also allows gms financing to open its pockets to consumers---now thats a christmas gift

Icant velieve this -2 hours since posting thread an no one has replied ---I know its xmas morning an all but theire are prople posting at this very minute new threads and replying to old ones yet no one has replied to mine the best thread an xmas gift any of us can recieve --id post a url but i dont know how to but its all over the news --just look at yahoos homepage----i was excited and my typing sucks so ill ytry to explain this again


the FEDS after closing of the stock market today about 930 this evening bailout Gmac-----they approved Gmac to become an im not a polyician but in layman terms a bank older-- which now allows them to fet funds from the 700 billion dollar bank bailout money-- this is the greatest news ever!!!!!!!!!!

GMAC now will hve the funds fpr anything it needs--this means guys --on this xmas morning that camaro production is gonna ramp up fast -- no worry about delays now--also GMAC financing dets a major boost and will now open its pockets to comsumers for loans--plus the dealerships

It's just not that big of a news story. It's been pretty much a done deal for a couple days now. It just wasn't official. This is supposed to take care of GMs financial problems till at least the end of January at which time they can borrow more if they are good boys till then with the money they are getting now. I think that's the way I read the story.
