Upgrade from 1LT to 1SS
self explanitory.. got a new camaro... 2011 i wanna upgrade to the SS.. possibilities??

Why did you buy the lt to begin with if you wanted an SS?
Also, Why do just about all the V-6 guys that start a thread like this call it upgrading to an SS? |

Shoulda waited :(
Now decide if that SS sound and SS torque is worth the many thouands of dollars you will lose on a trade or even selling yours yourself and buying a new SS. To me..its not. What you can do: 1)Mod your LT 2)Get a new SS and lose tons of money 3) Sell your car and buy a used SS and hopefully not be out too much.

Here is what I would do if you are really chomping at the bit to do this.
Wait until Spring and put your Camaro up for sale. People will be looking for them as the weather gets nice. Right now you will take a hit. Then take that money and get a nice, used SS that someone is trying to unload in anticipation for the Z/28. SS cars will be flooding lots as this car begins to materialize. I would wait until then...trust me.
