Service Bulletin for "jerky" LS3?

I know it was posted somehwere once, and I posted in the thread. But I can't find it anywhere. Can someone help me out here?

"Jerky" as in when it's cold? They do that. No service bulletin as far as I know. If it does it warm check your intake connections. I've heard rumours that the ported throttlebody helps with the cold bucking bronco feeling.

NO. There was a service bulletin for it. If I remember correctly all it involved was securing a connection. I want to see the sevice bulleting so I can just do it myself and see if it makes a difference.
This happens all the time even when warm.

Yeah I posted a link to it a couple of days ago. Search for rough idle and I think the original posters forum name began with "luis" and a last name. Anway it had to do with the CKP sensor and it's connections.

Here is my recent post linking to what I think you may be looking for. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...0&postcount=12

Was posting in another thread and something occurred to me. The VaraRam guys, when trying to perfect their intake, discovered that some of the MAF sensors were "weak". On their webite is shows how to tell if you have one of the weak ones. I wonder if this is the reason why some people have this jerking and rough idle on completely stock cars?

That TSB doesn't quite seem to be what happens to me at least. Mine's more of a regular flutter and not intermittent. So I am just guessing it's the engine timing and that's all. I've gotten used to it, it's only noticeable for me if I am driving in low RPMs in first gear.

That must be it. I'll see if it's something I can do or if I should just take it to the dealer.
It's not the rough idle that bothers me. It's the flutter I get when accelerating at slow speeds.

I would be very curious as to the numbers on your MAF.

Can you link me to the Vararam site?
I got a new laptop and lost all my links.

I have a late build '10
So I'm not sure if the MAF is my issue. But I want to check either way

My car is a May 2010 and it had a K11 MAF. Yours is probably the good one, but it was just something easy to check. As far as the TSB, I thought it odd that my CKP sensor wasn't plugged in all of the way. Although I still have erradic rough idle it's not as bad as before. And either the VaraRam or Vmax TB has helped with that cold running surging it used to have.

Good luck, I hope you get it figured out.
