it would have made it easier since the car is already facing the Photoshop Beginners 101 direction to just have a pic of the wheels from a side view on a vehicle already. Its really just a cut-out and a nifty photoshop trick after that.. no effort at all. 10 minutes tops you could really do it yourself.
