Me too, I bought my Blazer with a sunroof and I rarely use it. Plus I think the reverse mohawk looks better.

It's been discussed in other threads, but to meet modern safety standards and curtain airbags, T-tops were out of the question from day one.

T-tops would not meet federal safety standards no matter what car you buy.

They can't do T-tops because of side curtain air bag requirements. Looking at that structural picture, they could do almost T-tops, really just dual sunroofs next to eachother, leaving that center beam in place.
