Subtle Downshift In V6 Auto 1lt - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Looked thru the forums but didnt see anything directly related to my situation.
I have 2012 1LT V6 Auto and I can feel subtle down shifts when slowing down. The RPM's go up like its changed to another gear. This seems to happen at 50mph, then 40mph and then 30 mph. Does this in Auto or M(sport mode). Have had the torque converter replaced twice, whole transmission replaced and then another torque converter due to the acceleration under low speed shudder. All under warranty. Last torque converter was replaced maybe 3 months ago. Only have put about 2000 miles on it since then. Really strange any ideas?
