Could anyone enlighten me on how the ordering takes place. This will be my first time ordering a vehicle. Do you pay up front or when the car comes in?
I see there is a link on the Chevy site where you can track your order as well.

Your in the ZL1 forum. You won't be able to order a ZL1 till fourth QTR this year, production supposedly don't start till the first of 2012. No further info sorry.

I have never ordered a new vehicle before, just bought of the show room floor in da past so Im just looking for some info on the ordering process.

You do not have to pay up front. Talk with your dealer and see about getting on a list to order.

Been done for 3 weeks now, #1 on order list and even put a deposit down to lock in msrp.
