I would say probably 450 rwhp but i don't think you need to mess with the heads and valves they are very good in stock form if you raise the compression you will have to run race fuel or you will get detonation with pump gas. maybe just clean up the ports. and another thing if you do the vvt cam there is no need to do an ls3 conversion. personally i would do the ls3 conversion (dod delete) and not use a vvt cam. and dont forget you will need a good cold air intake and an oil catch can. I revised your list.

Install Headers - x pipe & midpipe
Port TB
Cnc port (L99) Heads
ARP head bolts
Dyno Tuning
CamShaft RPM- non vvt (Comp Cam) for automatic w/stock converter
Cam sprocket
GM LS3 Cam sensor
Patriot Gold Extreme Valve Springs
LS7 Lifters
MLS Head Gasket
LS3 Valley Cover
Gm LS3 non vvt front cover
Front Cover Gasket
LS3 lifter Baskets
LS3 Pushrods
ARH Headers,X-pipe, mid, O2 extensions
Front Seal
ATI harmonic balancer w/underdrive pulley and new bolt
ADM cold air intake W/scoop
Elite oil catch can

I'm doing about the same thing but not porting the heads, just porting the intake also going with the 2C kit form Livernois and I should know this week or early next what the numbers are. We are hoping to see 420-440 RWHP.

What are you goals? Looks like a lot of fancy parts and money for gains that can be had elsewhere and less expensively.

my goals were around 500 to the wheels, and its just over 6 Grand for all that i listed, however i haven't got to haggle with them yet.
appearently its around 435rwhp with the same setup on another L99 they've done, and if i did a Fast 102 intake it'd be around 450 from what i'm being told.

For a little more couldn't you put in a 416 stoker motor?

Actually if you sold your motor for say $4500 you could get a 416 and still have money in you pocket. Plus the 416 would be pretty bullet proof and ready for more add-ons if you wanted down the road. I think you would be over 500 rwhp as well.

Do you want to stay all-motor? I like all-motor, but it's a longer road to 500rwhp when an E-Force or Magnuson or Whipple or Ken Belle can get you there with no opening the motor and stock driveability for the same price ($6-7k installed).

Also sounds like they're promising 500 CRANK HP, not RW.

A FAST 102 will need a 102 TB to be effective.

That's why I like NA also.

This is what I'm doing: all the bolt-ons and some weight reductions. With just a CAI and cat-back, I'm running 12.7. As I add more, it'll be much quicker.

All the bolt-ons would mean headers, high-flow cats, cat-back exhaust, CAI, and Tune, with optional underdrive pulley, 102mm throttle body and 102mm FAST intake manifold.

So if you do all the bolt-ons first, you can see how you like it, and if you want more, then add the heads and cam. Or even cam-only.

the supercharger option is something i dont really wanna do, i want to build a nice NA beast.
i want to basically do as much as i can without having to do any transmission work.
also, what exactly are the benefits of the stall/torque converters? i'm kind of a noob here :P
