I'vebeen meaning to ask sense I bought my car what is the specks are in the clear blob on my drivers side shock tower labeled DATADOT DNA? What's it for.

Can I use it to Clone another one? J/K ! Seriously what's it for and what is it.

Basically, it's a great way of making sure your stuff stays your stuff. It's essentially DNA for material possessions if you will. It's also used to identify products used in crimes as they can track who bought it/registered it.

If I'm not mistaken, these were registered by the dealer. The best advice would be to call your dealership.. and as far as I know, they were installed on every Camaro..

It was a double transfer from dealer to dealer. Even worse the dealer I bought it from was bought out and I don't care much for the new dealer. Can any dealer access this?

You should be able to, its basically like your VIN in a lot of ways..

It's possible it wasn't done on early model 2010's, and its always possible the location is not the same on every car...
