Silver/Stainless Fuel Door Accessory
Not sure what material it's made of, but I seen one on a new black mustang and thought it looked terrible. Totally out of place. Almost reminded me of a midair refueling station connection. Not sure what it would look like on a lighter car, but not good on a black one.

Does anyone know if the satin nickel fuel door has a lock? And doesn't it come on the driver's side? I know the fuel door is extra, but what about to have the gas fill on the driver's side?
Thanks. |

I would be interested to see what it would look like on a silver ice paint job.

My wife's Hummer H3 is Stealth Gray AKA Cyber Gray and I got her a locking aftermarket Chrome Fuel door and it looks great...I'm sure the Aftermarket will come up with something nice.. maybe carbon fiber.... the Camaros is a "push open" door right now

Since my SS/RS doesn't have polished wheels, or any other polished silver parts, I think I'll pass. I can't imagine it would look like it belongs

Thanks Mr. Draco. I'll probably pass on getting it as an option.

I think they look cheap. Most of the time it just sticks on to the factory gas door with double sided tape. There are some companies that make an actuall replacement that fits better but it still stick out like a soar thumb and makes the car look cheap. Just my opinion.
