I'm not sure if anyone makes one although you could make one yourself. I made one for my mailslot scoop using .032 aluminum grille material I purchased through Grainger's. There is a photo of it on the last page in my build thread

I think making your own is the way to go here, there isn't going to be anywhere out there specialized enough to have made a pre made part for this usage.
I buy a lot of mesh material usually from http://www.bwire.com/ I would suggest the best possible options being to buy some aluminum mesh, which is relatively cheap, and obviously very light and forming your own. The most difficult parts of the task will probably be cutting the mesh to the right size and fastening the mesh securely. When it comes to cutting, I would suggest the Wiss Aviation Snips, mine have yellow handles. They cut through mesh pretty easily and with relatively good precision. As far as fastening the stuff, use a large washer and you should be able to secure the mateiral by more than 1 wire, which is very important. Nice Pics CFD, thanks. |

Off topic, but where did you get those rectangular inserts for your lower grill area? How hard were they to install? What $$? Look good.
OK, I think I found them here: http://www.pfyc.com/pc/CA1084/CAEXT/...r+Grilles.html Last edited by Cincy10SSRS; 03-12-2012 at 04:47 PM. |

Yep that's it but I bought mine from auto anything or something like that. After putting in the heritage grill, I felt that lower grill matched well. It's really easy to install, just make sure you fit the grill in the middle so each duct will fit in well. The ducts didn't come attached to the lower grill on mine.
