i burned the tires off today. car has 1100 miles on it and i had my wife in the car...i pushed in the button and eased the clutch out, (did not dump it) and she started to squall. went about 75' or so and had to get out of it because it was starting to fishtail pretty bad (or good depending on how you look at it) we both loved it! cant wait to get the cat back and the cai.

looking at slr performance on the back of Camaro now magazine they say their cai is good for 42hp and 48ft/lbs

sounds a little high...can anybody weigh in?

That rating probably includes if you get a custom dyno tune for it. Congrats on the burnout, I just got back from the track and shedded a couple of layers of my P-Zero's too

Careful burning your tires. Once you start a tire fire, it's hard to put out.

Did one burnout just because I wanted to see what it was like. Plenty satisfying. Once was enough. Spending 30 minutes cleaning tire residue off of my rear fenders isn't worth it LOL

Plus nothing feels as good as hooking up and laying 430 hp down, chirping into second and being well over the speed limit by the time I hit 3rd

Acceleration = joy.

Way to expensive to burn 20's for me. But LOVE to see burnouts on any car..especially a camaro
