612 / 580 through the stock axle back!

Dropped the SS off @ Speed Inc. in Schaumburg Illinois last weekend, for surgery and picked it up this past friday.

I have to start this by taking a minute to give huge Kudos to Speed Inc. I've used them exclusively for some time now and they have never been anything short of first class. I'd be happy to take anyone for a spin who is considering a similar setup... Trust me, you will want it. Larry has always been great to work with as have the rest of the guys @ Speed Inc. Okay - my first impression after picking up the car can be described in smileys:

The car is still running the stock rubber, but even so, what it does put to the ground is staggering. The car is a monster on demand. I have not yet installed the 1:1 cog pulleys, but the blower can be heard lightly over the car's exhaust.

Thanks everyone, the car drives 95% like stock with a slight lope. Saw 27.5 MPG on the ride home.

Cam is 22x/23x .570/.585 113.5

They recently did mine as well... Don't know if you made it out to Hooters to see it -- I'm terrible with names... I just remember faces.. =)

I did not make it out to Hooters, actually joined C5G the day after and realized I had missed the cruise! I'm sure I'll see you around at some of the meets!

I do have the top in my sights we may have to start an FI section at C5G

also.. I'm eager to hear your 1:1 cogs on the car... I have a set of OD cogs that didn't work out so well and I still kinda want the sound, but I've not been able to hear it in person..

I am too, though I have to admit, the faint whine of the rotors is kind of growing on me, I can always switch back though if I end up not liking the cogs. Where are you located? I'd be happy to let you check it out.

I will soon be joining the ranks of the Maggie club installed by Speed Inc and I'm also a C5G member. Speed did an awesome job on phase one of my build and phase two( see signature below ) should be coming in a couple weeks according to their schedule.
