interior cloth panels
I wanted to paint some interior panels, but they are covered with cloth. Has anyone ever stripped the cloth then painted the panels. I wanted to see if it turns out good before I butcher the interior of my car.

There have have been several people on here that have taken the cloth off and painted them. Just sand them smooth and paint away. There is a full DIY on the painting process.

Real easy to do. Strip off cloth, sand, prime, sand, more prime, more sanding, paint, clear, sand and buff.

I have never seen these cloth panels before. I have a 2011 LS and my panels are just grey plastic. Was cloth in the 2010s?
