so i have a problem.. i got a leak somewhere behind the driver seat... the back seat driver side floor get soaked when it rains hard... and the carpeting on the floor behind the driver seat gets soaked.... is there a drain hose or something there that might be clogged or something? HELP!

....take it in to the dealer, ASAP. Mine has been there two times already, for the same issue...but on the passenger side, got it back on friday (still leaking

), i am taking it back in today

Sorry to hear about these issues for the two of you. Unknown I'd take Blacktip's advice on this one. Check to see if your dealer can help you out and let us know what they say or do. Hopefully they get you taken care of on the first trip.

if your car has a sun roof, the drain tube is clogged. If you car does not have a sunroof, the AC vent tube atop the tranny is kinked and not draining water/condensation from AC. Run you AC while driving for some time, park and if you don't see water under the car (middle underneath), the AC drain tube is kinked. Both these issues are known issues and TSB are present for dealer to know the prob and the fix. Good luck!
