Very frustrating, trying to get car cover...

I have a 2011 Camaro Convertible....and recently there was a vendor here offering 25% off a coverking soft car covers....tried to get one through their website, and eventually I got an email after 2 weeks that the coverking guy didn't know that they offered stripes as well ! Their website wouldn't let you add stripes to the cover in the ordering process, although I tried numerous times to place an order, so I ended up at a HIGHER PRICE going through another vendor here, Chevymall, and made the order, with the stripes I wanted and specifically made sure I was ordering for a convertible ! They said that Coverking would ship direct in 10-15 days, well over 3 weeks later, although Chevymall had no idea when I would get the cover it was delivered today ! Opened it and even on the shipping label it says for a 2010 hardtop Camaro !!!!...after all this wait, Chevymall I called and got transferred to many people till I got the guy that was supposed to be the manager, he gave me a song and dance routine that they know they have this ordering problem with Coverking, but not much they can do, they will try to get me another one made, this time for a convertible BUT the parttime person @ Chevymall is off till next week and she may order one then ???!! So about a month from now I will "maybe " get the cover that I had taken out of my charge card the minute I ordered the cover, it will now be close to 2 months till I get the cover I wanted !! How about this service ?? I don't think we have very good vendors OR they don't want to run their businesses...!!!
