best interior color for IOM??? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I was starting out with the IO interior but now I'm getting curious as to what the other colors especially the beige would look like in the IOM?? I am kinda partial to the two tone look, but I dont hate the black

I had originally ordered the orange but since changed my mind. I just thought it would be overkill with the exterior and interior the same color. So, I changed to tan after I saw it at the Dallas show, it was beautiful I might add. But I had to change again because that I is what I do all the damn time... cannot ever make up my mind! I changed to grey because I will have the CGM stripes and think the seats will be a good compliment. Truth be known, I could probably be happy with any of them though.

I am leaning toward the beige now it seems like a really nice interior and classes up the car I think thats why I was asking for the poll to gauge reaction. Thanks for your input! its not even the seats that bother me its the dash piece I think makes the dash look way to bright. hmmmmmmm

I got a 2SS/RS also with 20" polished rims. I chose black interior, just thought it would look best especially with dark tinted windows.

I said black just because IOM interior is overkill, gray doesn't work, and beige looks like oatmeal. JMHO

I'm getting a 2LT RS IOM with the IO interior and polished wheels unless I change my mind. Not sure I need all the bells and whistles that goes with this but it will be bad to the bone for a V6. Black would have been my next choice but beige or gray isn't on my list at all with the IOM.

Edit: I will be adding black rally stripes later and possibly the ground package if I can find something after market that is a bit cheaper. I did have fun with the new web site and for around $25K you can get the ground package with the LS and it looked killer. I think my final price is around $34-35 including T,T, & L plus freight.

Here is my order of likeness:

1. Inferno Orange
2. Beige
3. Black
4. Gray

(If it wasn't for the two-tone look, I would've put Black above Beige). I just wish the seats looked like the Dale Jr. car with orange stitching!
