so i get under my 2010 M6 for the 1st oil change at 4500 miles.. i notice a small amount of oil near the oil cooler. and oil pan.. also above the cooler there is a couple drops on red fluid looks like transmission fluid...
Anyone have any idea what is going on? or have similar problems?
I have a whipple Supercharger. with long tube and cai... will there be any warranty on this ??

You need to find a mod friendly dealer and track down the leak source. But the average dealer would probably void your warranty cause they're pricks like that.
