2010 - Possible Electrical Issue Service Air Bag / Park Assist

Good Morning / Afternoon, depending on where you are. Been a long time since I been on here, but when I needed some serious help, I figured I should come back to this forum for people in the know.

My issues:
All of these started about the same time.

2010 Camaro 2LT with LLT V6.
70K Miles. Regularly maintained at Firestone. It is my daily driver and is driven in Northern Illinois winters.

The heated seats no longer turn on. I have changed the fuse out twice, just in case luck of the draw said the fuse I replaced it with was a bad fuse.

At times service air bag and service park assist will show up in the DIC. I have had it do it upon start up and while driving, so no particular time it does it. When the messages do show up, the gauges all drop to zero and the radio cuts out. A few seconds later everything comes back to life. The car does not lose power at all. When it happens, I can nail the gas and the car will respond as it should. It will temporarily throw on the idiot lights, but then those all go off after everything comes back on.

I have tried checking cable connections, but could not find anything loose.
Any suggestions on what i should try next?

Edit: Forgot to add, I also replaced the battery to see if it would clear up the issues.

To update, the auxiliary gauges in the center console have died. This is actually good news. With their death the service air bag and service park assist no longer show up in the DIC. Soon as I get the chance, I will be getting replacement gauges and changing them out. I am thinking they were causing the issues with the air bag and park assist.

Still no word on the heated seats.
