Alright everybody, the days til everyone gets their Camaros is getting closer and closer. I thought I'd revise an some old posts of mine an ask What will you first month will the Camaro include?.

Of course this means something different to a lot of people. Some will breaking her in, others will rub it with a diaper until you decide to take her out on a weekend. Some will sink a bunch of time into modding and customizing their camaro effectively making it theirs. Some will drive down that country road into the sunset without any need for direction, others will plan that roadtrip cross country.

I think that once my fiance and I get ours we might drive up to Nova Scotia and show her uncle what he gave up (he sold a 74 camaro after her and her dad fixed it up).

What's on you guys agenda? Mods (if so what?)? Road trip (Where to?)? Commuting?

Road Trip to vegas i live in los angeles so it should be a nice drive i am hoping for a night drive to vegas.

I'll have to drive it down south 2 hours to show my dad, but that's the only trip I know of right now. I'm pretty sure I'll just be ecstatic because, at that point, I'll have the girl (wedding's 6/13/09!), the car, the house, and the dog (and I guess the job falls in there somewhere).

I'll also have to find a good place here in Charleston (or at least in the vicinity) for a photo shoot.

Show her off to the family then break out the Zaino! Got to make sure she is protected from all the elements. The hubby and I will be doing a lot of cruising. Hurry up GM! I'm ready to buy!

Well, first thing I have to do. I have to go to my grandmother's house, pick her up...and go get an ice cream. It's a tradition that she had with her kids, and it's carried over to her grandchildren. I know it sounds really lame, but it's quality time with her that we really enjoy (and talks about it for years!). (I promise, we sit OUTSIDE the car and eat it

) The whole time she'll tell me stories that I've heard thousands of times from her...about my Dad and uncles...and the Camaro's and Mustangs that they had. I could recite them word for word, but I sit there and listen like she's telling me the stories for the first time.

After that, I'll probably take a drive down to Newport, RI and spend a day driving around the mansions and waterfront. My wife and I love it, (just got married down there this past summer.)

Oh you said a whole month...I could only give you a weekend

Since we'll be picking up ours from out of state, about 400 miles, the first few days will be a lot of cruising the long way home (sounds like a song...).
Then probably every waking minute of every day will be spent either driving, sitting in it, staring at it, for months.
I'm really hoping for a summer that's rain free - or rains during the night hours. !

Two words. Drive it. Of course it will have to be a nice day.

In a way I feel bad for the first person here to get their Camaro because they are going to be flooded with pic requests, questions about how the car works, questions if they will take other for rides, driving impressions.... etc... etc.. I bet most could live with that though.

It will be my daily driver but need to get about 1000 miles on it by May 18th for Stephanies airport run.

I'll see if I can suspend my rent on my apartment, cause I think I'll be living in my Camaro for the first month. It'll be our bonding time...

The first weekend just showing her off to friends and family after a nice Zaino coating, (or three). After that, It's going to be me and her on the open country roads. My g/f wants to do a trip to Yellowstone this summer so that's in the plans as well. I heard it rains there alot, so glad I invested in a car cover!!!
