Questions on CAI and Break-In
I'm not a gear head but boy do I love to drive em.
That said, is there any reason to delay adding a CAI until after break-in? Would (or should) there be a flash when the CAI or exhaust is modified? I'm not talking custom tuning just curious if the computer will adjust to the changes automaticlly. Thanks Paul

I don't personally see any reason to wait. As far as a flash, it isn't necessary to tune when adding a CAI but to see the best gains from it a tune would be needed. Also, if the CAI happens to throw the A/F off a tune would be needed to correct it.

No need to wait on the CAI. You might want to wait on the tune though. If you plan on installing any other go fast goodies at some point in the future, it would be cheaper to wait until you had all of them on there and get one tune to best suit the whole package rather than getting it tuned after each one.
