There has been a change to our September meet- I suncerely apologize for any inconvenience, however I was just informed today that the PSL Cruise-In has been cancelled due to issues with the location....

On the heels of this news, I've found (3) other potential substitutes in which I'm asking each member to cast their vote for in the poll opening this thread, location with the most votes by THIS SUNDAY (Sept 4th) will be the location designated for September.

All three meets are car-show/cruise-in style events, put on by the same car-club organization. Each features music, entertainment, awards, raffles and reserved parking for our club members!

The options are:

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, 5pm- 9pm (ish) at the Port Saint Lucie Civic Center...car show, entertainment, raffles and awards... There's also a cherity benefit for the St Lucie COunty school district associated with this event (they will hold spots for those getting out of work later)

SUNDAY ,September 11th, at the Target parking lot in Traditions, Port Saint Lucie... ...car show, entertainment, raffles and awards... hostess offers a themed, home cooked meal for a low price to all attendees, and within walking distance to Hurricane Wings, Long Horn and Olive Garden

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH, Big Apple Pizza plaza, Jensen Beach Florida, near A1A...car show, music, entertainment, raffles, awards, $2 beers and pizza/ice cream discounts- radio advertsement for our club if we attend this event

Once again I apologize for the sudden changes, however this was beyond my control... each of these events are put on by the same organization, and will probably have the same turn-out, just depends on the best date for everyone...

Keep in mind, Pony wars is rapidly approaching in October, so chances are we will not have an official "club meet" in October beyond Pony Wars....

Ladies and gentlemen- as many of you know, Pony Wars is quickly approaching the first week of October, with that in mind, we'll be moving our September meet up a little...

Saturday, September 10th, 2011
Grazziella's Pizza and Quencher's Ice Cream hosts:

"The Best Cruizin' in Town!"

Located at the intersection of SW Darwin Blvd and SW Tulip Dr (3400 SW Darwin Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, From 4pm - 9pm

Food * Music * 50/50 Raffle * Giveaways * Door Prizes

This show is put on by some of the same vendors/sponsors as the Duffy's meet last month, expect a variety of hot rods, muscle cars, motorcycles and custom trucks... as well as TREASURE COAST CAMARO 5!

Those who attended Augusts meet should have received a flyer advertising this event. I believe there will also be dining discounts at the sponsoring resteraunts. The location is a relatively new plaza forming an "L" shape around a large, open parking lot. It IS off the main streets, but easy to reach.

We can use the same pre-meet/caravan point as last month at the Cheveron at PSL Blvd and Cameo Blvd prior to the event, departing at 3:45.

Stay tuned for a flyer with all the details...

Remember, Pony Wars- Oct 7-9, car show and a full day of drag racing!!!!

Yeah-Port Saint Lucie... I fixed the post. Kinda a low key, family style hang-out event since the next months the big Pony Wars in GA...

Looking forward to Darin putting something together in Vero late Oct/Early Nov, maybe a club X-Mas party in Dec, etc.....

Its actually right adjacent to the Dunken Donuts we met at for the May BBQ meet/cruise

I think the city does some sort of Friday Fest there in conjunction with the car show
