Paint correction, what is the best way?

So over the 3 months of owing my CGM Camaro, I’m noticing some light scratches/swirls from washing. I’ve done my best to avoid these, but I know they are going to happen.

I’ve done a ton of reading but cannot figure the best way to correct these?

So the question is, how can you correct these, and how often should paint correction be done over the course of a year?

Having the same color car as you, I also had swirls on it. I started off with Adam's Starter Porter Cable Kit. It has what you need to get started on attacking those swirls.

You first start off with Swirl and Haze Remover with the Orange Pad on the Porter Cable. You follow that up with Fine Machine Polish and the White Pad on the the Porter Cable and then you can use the Machine Super Sealant. For the actual technique, you can check out Adam's Videos or look up the Junkman's videos on Youtube.

Great, I was actaully looking at that exact kit. So you've had good results with it?

Yep, very good results! I know I forgot to answer the rest of the question, but ideally, you want to be able to use Swirl and Haze Remover once. I've only used Fine Machine Polish twice since I bought my kit last year.

Paint correction takes a lot of education, practice and patience... it will take a long time to correct the whole car. Just remember that going in =x

Maybe paint correction was not the right wording as my paint is not bad at all. I just want to get out some of the imperfections I've done to this point.
