I emailed my dealer to ask how my order was moving along. He told me that my order is going to be the first one put through once he receives his next allotment from GM. Any ideas when that will be??? Thanks

Is there no weekly allocation tomorrow? I thought submissions were made every week.

there is an allocation tomorrow... there is one EVERY thursday, the question will be if your dealer gets an allocation for a camaro

and because its the beginning of the month there is a consensus tomorrow too

my dealer called me --lets see come this fiiday it will be 3 weeks ago and told mt tpw was the week of april 6th ---thru--12th------ i have no idea what my event level is -- but if this is true i aint got long

everything I have heard its tomorrow. this is both people on the board and my dealer. For the record my dealer wasnt 100% sure but he said most likely it will be tomorrow. with the IDL on friday, im pretty sure there will be a consensus tomorrow.

He could be suffering from consensus confusion.

However, there are Camaros sitting in Delaware....available for a "Princely" sum, no doubt.

Consensus STARTS tomorrow but they don't know how many they're going to get or when til like another week I think it is. But yes, orders are submitted every week. But your dealer may not have allocation this week. The only way to know is to ask them.

I must admit that even after reading all the threads over the last few weeks I am still confused with the difference between concensus and allocation. If I understand it Concensus happens 1 per month and allocation happens once a week. If this is the case what decision is made during concensus (now many cars the dealer will get to allocate over the next month) and allocation is where they actually pull one of the orders from the dealer.

Sorry for the confusion guys but at work I can manage millions of dollars and difficult customers without a problem but this is complicated.
