Lightbulb interior trim kit help

Ok so i'm wanting to upgrade my interior trim to the premium interior trim kit, i know how to take off the door panels and replace those but how do you take off the trim that runs across the dash? thanks.

it pops right out. Just use a trim removal tool - or a screwdriver wrapped with paper towels
