El Paso 1/4 mile et's?

Im from the el paso area and ive taken my stock SS ls3 down the strip in Clint a few times. My lowest et has been a 14.2@ 106. How does this compare to anybody else running stock? Or does the elevation here affect our et's compared to what the magazines get?

Usually you lose a few tenths in El Paso. When my Trans Am was dead stock, down to the paper filter I went 13.8@Clint and went to San Antonio and went 13.1. All with an automatic, so elevation hurts it quiet a bit.

Lots go in to things that will effect your times like the temp outside the condition of the track different air pressures in ur tires the list is endless on what can make your times vary from track to track and night to night

good rule of thumb every thousand feet is 1/10th of a second my best pass was 12.9 with headers and a tune that was spinning off the line and scratching 2nd n 3rd with an auto
