I doubt it...I'd just be glad they finally got it right!...and were honest enough to tell you...maybe next time you need service give them a polite reminder of what happened...you get more with an ounce of sugar instead of a pound of vinegar! ...hey, they're human, too...stuff happens!!

If it's been at the shop 5 times for the same service in 18 months or 18k miles, I believe you qualify for the lemon law. Get a new car.

I believe you're right except for that they finally did fix it.

I know its a pain, and I'm not trying to defend them, but I think sometimes when stuff is that new, they don't quite have their act together when it comes to part numbers, availibilty, etc...I kinda went thru that with a new windshield...they went by the vin, but no part number showed up!

I would! They're probably more embarrassed about it than anything...

they might throw you a bone somehow, if they want to make you a "loyal" customer..

Plus, they are usually pretty worried about their customer satisfaction surveys and questionaires you'll probably getting...mention you'd "like to say good things about them..." see what happens.i

Chevrolet was charged five times. This appears to be excessive bank fees!
