The 2179 I believe means your running lean, do you have a k&n intake?

P2179 System Too Lean Off Idle

P0041ChevroletOxygen Sensor Signals Swapped Bank 1 Sensor 2 / Bank 2 Sensor 2

No idea what the second one means... maybe you switched the sensors? I'm assuming you installed exhaust?

Well if the sensors are switched some how which I have no idea if thats the case then it might even say its too lean. Or you have a bad tune or something...

I have a 63 series K & N and have gotten that also. What you need to do is pull your MAF out and get some MAF cleaner, spray it on the sensor, let it air dry and put it back in your car. Start it up, run around the block to get some air on it and your problem is solved. With the K & N series because they have pre-oiled filters, some of the residue gets on the MAF and has to be cleaned off.
