Anyone order directly from Sparks Restorations?

I'm getting the modern script front and rear SS badges in white for a Heritage grille.

Has anyone ordered directly from the Sparks Restorations website instead of through one of their vendors such as Chevy Mall?

The reason I ask is because I have a show coming up next Saturday, the 5th, and would like to have my new grille and badges on by then. So the question is, how quick was the turnaround time after you paid for your badges? For me, it's been a rather vague experience - all I got was the confirmation that my paypal payment was sent and nothing else. No confirmation e-mail from Sparks, no tracking number, etc. Does this mean they're on backorder? I hope not!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Cancel the order and go thru Indo Power here on the boards. Awesome customer service,cheapest price on them and fast delivery (less than1 week).

I have. I called the number on their site and dealt directly with Terry. He was very straightforward and honest...my wait was longer because of custom colors and the fact that he had to send a batch of emblems back to the powdercoaters because they were not perfect. Try giving him a call.

I ordered straight from their website. Very nice guys and got me my emblem in under a week.

Did you get a confirmation e-mail of some sort or a tracking number? Or did you just get the paypal receipt of payment and the emblems a few days later?

I know this thread is a little dated but I have the same issue. I ordered my rear SS emblem a week ago today from Sparks directly, got the paypal confirmation right away and have not heard a single thing in regards to confirmation from Sparks directly or any shipping information... it's been a week and nothing?! I don't care if they are on back-order or whatever, that's business and I understand but let me know what is happening with my order. I can't drive around with 2 holes in my trunk hehe and I really want to drive it NOW since I just got it out of storage lol
