Refreshed Wiper Cowl
Did this the other day on my day off and didn't get a chance to upload pics until today. My wiper cowl plastic was faded and looked horrible. I decided to remove it and lightly sand it as well as apply acetone to remove any oily substances etc... I then hit it with about 3-4 coats of "Dupli-Color Trim & Bumper Paint" which has the Fade X Technology added to it. I'm happy with the results other than the minor scratches the pics may not show from my recent AC evaporator replacement and windshield removal at the dealership about a month ago. Pics below...

Looks good. I have heard that the proper wipe-on ceramic coating like Avalon King is really good for restoring trim as well. Maybe i just trust Legitstreetcars on youtube too much, but it looks like it works really well.
