What is true dealer cost on 2011 Convertible
Does anyone know what true dealer cost is on a 2011 Camaro 2SS convertible? The options are automatic, rs, polished wheels with an msrp of 43,570. Any help would be appreciated.

stay away!! get a 2012 built after 03/12 or you will have nothing but top problems from day one... i dont care how "cheap" you can get it, it wont be worth the aggravation and hassle!! it will be in the shop more than it will be in your garage... just sayin

Granted all the fixes, adjustments, TSBs, recalls etc etc etc have obviously been done, we have not had any issues. Its very easy to verify IF these areas have been addressed and if so, and the price is right, why not. |

It does suck for those that have had problems, including you. I couldn't imagine.
Ours was a left over '11 and all the fixes had been done. I've made the statement on here before, it baffles me the lack of rhyme or reason why some have issues and some don't. |

msrp less freight--4% off msrp gets you to dealer, add'l. 3% off msrp gets hold back net, add'l. 5% off msrp is non current allowance, and finally an add'l. 2% advertising allowance plus dealers volume discount and facilites upgrades if any. With all of that in play why would you buy problems that many owners have had, and are still experiencing? In my opinion you can't buy one of these early model verts cheap enough. With that said, Chevrolets new buy it, try it and if you don't like it, bring it back and then you don't own it--Sadly that only applies to '12 & '13 models. Had they had a program like this in place earlier, there would be a lot of used verts sitting somewhere waiting to be bought. From the looks of things however, they might be making product progress! Constraints on nav for 13's are keeping me on the sidelines. Probably not a bad thing with all these vert issues still in question.

Just picked up a 11ss vert about 6 weeks ago. Had not heard of all of the top issues but so far have had no issues. Not sure of build date but vin is between 208000 and 208300. Anyone have, an idea of build date. Got the car for about 22% off of sticker. Hag about 500 miles. Also 0% interest for 60 months.
