I'm 6'4" should I not get the sunroof ?

I've heard that there is less headroom in the car when it has a sunroof. I havent been able to sit in a car with one so i figured I'd ask here. I do normally tilt my seat back a bit more than normal as I feel like I have more room so i'm not sure if the less headroom thing would effect me.
Thanks

I watched a 6' 7" guy get in and out of the car with a sunroof and he said there was plenty of room for him. But I may depend on how you are built. Long legs -short body
or short legs and Long body.

Well I'm 6'5.5" and I fit fine with a sunroof though the roof feels noticeably lower. Any car with a sunroof is obviously going to have less headroom than one without. At this point for myself I'm not sure whether I'd go with a sunroof or not? My current car has one and I dread to use it because of all the wind noise. However it's nice to pull the shade back on cool sunny days to let some light in, also works well for keeping the car ventilated in a parking garage.

6'4" - I would suggest a non-sunroof car for you

Stick with the regular. If you hit something on the road and bounce up it's safer with more room you have. This is an easy answer.

Plus it's cheaper and a stronger, more rigid body.

Yep. These things do break.

6ft 2 in

Didn't want to chance it so we ordered a non-sunroof.

6'2" 34" inseam, I sat in a base trim LT/RS No sunroof, it was..well, can't explain? not appealing seemed like roof was right there...

Then I sat in the LT with top leather trim and sunroof, with a ballcap no less "which I never wear unless its raining". The seat back was pretty much straight, seat height was up about 1/2 inch, I had 2" clear to the liner in this car. I want to sell the house and live in that car down by the river!!
just my two cents since there is about 200 posts about this and I finally settled it for myself.

sit in both and choose which you like, you will be fine either way after you get the seat adjusted.

We have gone over this a few times. There is plenty of head room if you slam the seat to the floor and all the way back. I'm 6'4 and have the sunroof, NO issue's !!

Get the Sunroof !

Thanks for the input. I haven't decided if I want the sunroof yet or not, it's mainly if there is a car available I wanted to find out if i should rule out the sunroof. I do normally have my seat adjusted with my butt as low as possible and the lower front of the seat tilted up a bit and the back adjusted (tilted) back a decent amount so Im thinking by some descriptions that it would be fine theres just no cars around me i can go sit in.
Thanks again.

I'm 6' 3" and I ordered the sunroof from day one. Recently when I sat in cars with and without I was glad I did. The one without seemed more enclosed since my head was so close to the roof. I did not notice a real difference in headroom perhaps due to the lack of the "reverse mohawk" that's in the hardtop(?) makes up for the extra headspace needed but it could just be there is less padding in the ceiling.
