Aftermarket Horseshoe Shifter for Autos

I can't seem to find it, but I recall seeing a picture of someone's automatic 5th Gen with a horseshoe shifter installed. I thought it was a Hurst product, but I am fairly certain it's not now. It looked kind of like this shifter:

But the handle looked different and there were gear selection indicators.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yeah, it definitely isn't Hurst. Below is what Hurst makes for the auto. I'd be interested to see a better version of what you posted. It has potential.

Don't get me wrong, I like that Hurst shifter, but if someone makes a refined version of the horseshoe, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I just can't remember where I saw the photo...

Tommy Pike Customs...It is a beautiful piece. They added an indicator bezel to the middle of the unit like the '69 had.

I know it's all personal preference but for me the horseshoe shifter was one of the first things I wanted out of my '69. I never liked the looks of it and it wasn't the easiest thing to shift when racing.

Fortunately with this generation of Camaro there's not really any need for shifting if the car's an auto. This really is a purely aesthetic modification, just like changing out the shift knob.

Anyone have a picture of the one with the indicator bezel?? I have a good idea for a new look to the old style, but just wondering what they did as a design for the lettering.

Hey, I remember this thread!

I'm definitely still interested in this. If you make something NoSlo, I would absolutely be interested in it too
