heads and cam.
hey guys,
what is the best cam and head combo that are on these cars? i am looking for a daily driver combo, nothing with too much lope. i would like to keep it tame but get some more power out of the car. ive looked at the texas speed combo for 2k but just looking for other options that ppl might reccomend. Thanks, Chris Prater |

get the smallest aftermarket cam there is and dont worry about the heads. on an otherwise stock cubed application they won't make 2-4 grand worth of power.
ls3 heads flow way better stock than the 243s of 10 years ago. |

I would recommend looking at our 225/230, .617/.612 camshaft. It will offer awesome drivability but still net you a very nice gain in power and performance. I can get you into this package with the camshaft, dual springs, and chromoly pushrods for right at 729.99. Feel free to give us a call if you would like to go over your setup and discuss some of the various options we have.
