Unhappy 10 Camaro SS wheel vibration

First off. I’m no mechanic. My 2010 Camaro SS has a steering wheel vibration between 60-65mph. I have replaced the tires, had them balanced and rebalanced, and replaced the front struts. A service center told me it was the passenger struts mount that was bad. Replaced but no better.

I do see the inner tierod boot on the passenger side has a small hole in it. The service center said it was fine.

I don’t know where to go from here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
