Dumb question, but are all the bolts tightened all the way? OEM Gaskets?

any way you can get it on a lift... if you hear bumping chances are it made a mark somewhere and then you will figure it out

check my past posts i have a noise as well that sounds like its coming from behind the drivers side steering wheel. It seems to go away as soon as I tap the gas. I posted a video witht the sound.

mibe gets worse when I press on the gas I had to drive it home today on a highway going about 78 and my whole car felt like it was about to shake apart. I was having a couple of problems before instslling the headers and it seems like it got worse. If I turn left it gets worse if I turn right it doesnt do it.

I have the same thing, I have kooks headers 2in runners. What I found was the steering shaft rubbing on the header but doesn't touch till wheel is turned. I'm not sure if that's what I'm hearing or feeling in the wheel but it's all I can see that's rubbing on mine. So you can try having some one turn the wheel while you watch.

I have there is about a good inch clearance on it so it couldnt be that and the noise is non stop when the car is warm (while moving). Im going to take it to the dealer tomorrow and see if they can figure it out

What the dealer will figure out is that it's a mod that warranty won't cover...lol

I'd maybe consider an independent performance shop...good luck!

It's common for an exhaust leak to make a "ticking" sound.
